After calm lasted for hours…the regime forces return to breach the Turkish – Russian truce through shelling which targeted the factions’ controlled areas in the countryside of Idlib province

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces returned to carry out violations to the Turkish – Russian truce, where the SOHR monitored shelling by the regime forces which targeted areas in the village of Rajm Al-Hayyah in Maarrat Al-Nu’man countryside, which caused material damage, without information about casualties and the Syrian Observatory published this morning, that it monitored a cautious calm in areas of the Russian –Turkish truce in Idlib, Aleppo, Hama, and Latakia since after midnight of yesterday until the moment but several violations took place yesterday, Wednesday, where the Syrian Observatory published that areas of the Russian – Turkish Truce in the provinces of Idlib, Hama, Aleppo, and Latakia, have witnessed since its launch on the 15th of August 2018 violations in most of its areas, and despite attempts of the guarantors to control it, the truce continues to witness repeated violations in most of its areas, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored targeting by the regime forces using several artillery shells for areas in the villages of al-Arba’in and Abu Ra’idah in the northern countryside of Hama, which caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the regime forces targeted by rocket shells after midnight of yesterday places in the villages of Zammar and Jazraya in the southern countryside of Aleppo, but no information about casualties, thus, documented a new breach in the Russian –Turkish truce which is applied in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib.

And the Syrian Observatory published during the hours of last night that the  Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces returned in the past hours, to carry out violations to the Turkish – Russian truce which has been applied since the 15th of August 2018, in 4 provinces (Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and Lattakia), where the SOHR monitored in the recent hours, artillery shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Lataminah town and its vicinity, which caused material damage, and resulted in the injury of a man and his brother with varying severity, while explosions were heard in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, intersected sources said that they are caused by targeting by a faction operating in the area to an armored vehicle of the regime forces by a missile, which caused material damage, but no information about casualties was reported.
