This comes within first steps for implementing the entire deal, which includes the delivery of $27 million USD plus more than 60 detained at regime’s prisons demanded by the Organization; along with females detained by the Syria Democratic Forces, and SOHR received information that the first part of the deal was carried out in conjunction with the delivery of detained females by the regime to the organization as a gesture of goodwill of both parties, and it is expected within the next few hours or days that all of al-Suwaidaa abductees will be released, in exchange for the delivery of the agreed amount of money and the handover of detainees.
All of this coincides with calm in Tlul al-Safa area where the “Islamic State” Organization is located, where the calm process was conducted under a Russian supervision, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces have brought great reinforcements to their positions and posts in the area of Tlul Al-Safa which is located in Rif Dimashq Desert at the administrative border with Al-Suwaidaa countryside, and these reinforcements come as a pressure over the “Islamic State” organization to accelerate the process of releasing the abductees it holds, of the people of Al-Suwaidaa.
