After the 2 massacres of most victims during Putin – Erdogan agreement period, the regime forces shell Jarjanaz, leaving casualties and injuries and raising the death toll to 123
With the conclusion of the 11th session of Astana meetings, violations of the truce of two parties of Astana, Russia and Turkey, are escalating, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of rocket shelling by the regime forces, declaring new breaches within the Russian – Turkish truce areas and the demilitarized area, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling since the 29th of November 2018, targeted areas in Jarjanaz town in the southeastern sector of Idlib countryside, which killed a person and wounded others, this comes after the regime forces carried out two massacres since the beginning of this month in Jarjanaz town, killing more than 19 people including 2 women and 7 children, where they were killed in 2 separate massacres in Jarjanaz by rocket shelling by the regime forces.
In the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling by the regime forces targeted places in al-Tah in Idlib countryside, and areas in Jabal al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia.
Raising to at least 123, the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, and this is the second largest massacre after that one which took place on the 2nd of November 2018, in Jarjanaz town which claimed the lives of 9 persons including a child, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 40 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 49 members of the regime forces and their allies.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that Aleppo city and its western suburbs witnessed a major escalation in the intensity of shelling and clashes after midnight of yesterday, as part of the continuous violations within “Putin – Erdogan” truce and the demilitarized zone, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored targeting by factions using more than 38 shells and missiles for places in neighborhoods al-Zahra and Halab Al-Jadidah in the western part of Aleppo city, which is under the control of the regime forces, where this is the first targeting of the city intensively since it was targeted last Saturday by rocket shells carrying gases, which -at the time- injured 94 persons at least, while the regime forces targeted by tens of shells places in al-Mansoura town and areas controlled by the factional on the outskirts and western suburbs of Aleppo, in conjunction with violent clashes erupted in the areas of al-Rashedin and the Scientific Research area in the western suburbs of Aleppo city, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the factions working in the area, along with intensive exchange of shelling and targeting, and information about human losses, at the same time; the alleged truce areas in Hama, Idlib, and Latakia within the demilitarized zone, witnessed a cautious calm since the midnight of yesterday until now.
