YPG and regime forces exchange dozens of prisoners

Al- Hasakah Province: Reliable sources informed SOHR that an exchange of dozens of prisoners had taken place between the regime forces and YPG. The sources confirmed to SOHR that some of prisoners are still being detained under custody of both parties. Among the detainees, there are 5 members of local councils that belong to the self- administration of al- Jazira province. Meanwhile, YPG fighters had painted Sabbagh Checkpoint with the color of YPG flag.
