About 35 members of the regime forces and of the factions and jihadi groups were killed in 2 separated attacks by the latter on positions of the former in the Syrian coastline

Latakia Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the number of human losses is still continuing to rise against the backdrop of the attack that was carried out by jihadi groups operating under the banner of “Wa Harred al-Mu’minin” operations room on positions of the regime forces in the areas of Otayrah and Jabal Al-Abyad in Jabal Al-Turkman in the north-eastern countryside of Latakia, where it rose to 18 at least, the number of casualties in the ranks of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them who were killed in the shelling and attacks, also it rose to 9, the number of casualties of the jihadi groups which carried out the attack, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of large number of injured cases some of whom are in serious conditions in addition to information about other casualties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented today morning, the killing of 5 members of the regime forces and a member of the National Liberation Front as a result of an attack by the latter on positions of the former in Tallat Abu Al-As’ad in the northern countryside of Latakia.

And the Syrian Observatory published today morning, that factions of the National Liberation Front have carried out a surprising operation in the coastline represented by attacks on positions of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in the area of Tallat Abu Al-As’ad in the northern countryside of Latakia, where 5 members at least were killed in addition to seizing ammunition and weapons, also one member at least of the attackers was killed during the clashes, while violent clashes have been taking place since today’s dawn in areas in Jabal Al-Turkman in the north-eastern countryside of Latakia between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on one hand, against jihadi factions operating under the banner of “Wa Harred al-Mu’minin” operations room on the other, as a part of an attack by the latter on positions of the former, amid exchange of shelling and targeting and confirmed information about casualties and injuries in the ranks of the both parties, while the Syrian Observatory published on the 7th of May 2019, that factions of the National Liberation Front carried out an infiltration operation in Abu Asaad hill in Jabal al-Akrad area in the northern countryside of Latakia, where they attacked points and positions of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, which caused casualties in the ranks of both parties, where at least 9 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed, and at least 3 of the factions were killed, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, and information about other casualties, while SOHR received information about another infiltration operation carried out by the jihadi factions of “Wa Harred al-Mu’minin” operations room in Tal Bakir area in Sahl al-Ghab.

And the SOHR published on the 27th of April 2019, that it monitored after midnight of yesterday 2 simultaneous infiltration attacks by the jihadi groups, in Zammar and Khan Tuman areas in the southern and southwestern countryside of Aleppo within the demilitarized area, against positions of the regime forces in both areas, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the first attack was carried out by Hurras al-Dien faction of “Wa Harred al-Mu’minin which formerly used to belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, against positions of the regime forces in areas of Zammar and Harish in the southern countryside of Aleppo, accompanied by exchange of shelling between both parties, in conjunction with a second attack by infiltrators of Jaysh Omar Ibn al-Khattab of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, against positions of the regime forces in Khan Tuman area in the southwestern countryside of Aleppo, where clashes took place between both parties in conjunction with exchange of targeting by machineguns, amid aerial bombardment on the clash areas, where the attacks killed 17 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and injured about 30 others, in addition to killing 8 members of the factions of Hurras al-Dien and Jaysh Omar Ibn al-Khattab.
