About 47 persons where killed in different circumstances within “Putin – Erdogan” area on the 71st day of the fiercest escalation campaign

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented during the 71st day of the fiercest escalation campaign, the death of 47 persons who were killed in different circumstances within “Putin – Erdogan” area, they are 23 members at least of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who were killed during the Jihadis’ attack today on areas in Jabal Al-Turkman in the north-eastern countryside of Latakia, in addition to being targeted by shells and missiles, also it rose to 16, the number of casualties of the Jihadi groups who were killed in the aerial and ground bombardment and clashes in the same areas, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of a large number of injuries, some of them have seriously wounded, while the jihadi groups managed to capture 4 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them during the today’s battles, also the SOHR documented today 5 civilian casualties who were killed by the regime’s warplanes after their bombardment on a gathering of displaced people in the vicinity of Deir Sharqi village in the countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, and the casualties are 2 children and 2 women all are from the same family, in addition to the death of another woman affected by the injury she had as a result of earlier bombardment that targeted Josef village south of Idlib, the Syrian Observatory also documented the death of 3 citizens of the same family including a child and a woman who were killed due to rocket shelling carried out by the Islamic factions on the outskirts of Jurin village which is under the control of the regime forces north-west of Hama.

While the Syrian Observatory documented 80 air raids carried out by regime’s warplanes since this morning on areas in the vicinity of al-Tamanah, Khan Shaykhun and its outskirts, Tar’ei, the vicinity of Kafr Batikh, Taftanaz military airbase, Sheikh Mustafa, Kafr Sajna, the vicinity of Deir Sharqi, Jabbala, Maar Zita, the vicinity of Al-Hbit, Al-Qeyasat and the vicinity of Bsanqul in Idlib countryside, and the vicinity of Kafr Halab town and al-Bawabiyyah in the south-western countryside of Aleppo, and to Kafr Zita, Al-Lataminah and outskirts of Morek north of Hama, also it rose to 20, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes since this morning on areas in Khan Shaykhun, Kafr Ain, Jabbala, Maarzita and Rakaya Sajna south of Idlib, and al-Jabin, al-Arba’in, and Kafr Zita the in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, while helicopters dropped several barrel bombs on Dwayr Al-Akrad village in the western countryside of Hama, it also rose to 450, the number of rocket and artillery shells launched today by the regime forces on areas in Tal Meleh, al-Arba’in, al-Jabin, al-Jisat, Tal al-Sakhr, Morek, the vicinity of Kafr Zita, Hasraya, Al-Sermaniyyeh, areas in Jabal al-Turkman and Jabal Al-Akrad, northeast of Latakia, and the vicinity of Bdama, Maraand, Karidin, Jisr Al-Shughur city and Kfir in the western countryside of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2277, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 9th of July 2019, and they are: 592 civilians including 150 children and 119 citizen women, and they are 65 including 19 children and 18 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 55 including 12 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 350 including 93 children, 65 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 80 people including 16 women and 10 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 42 citizens including 19 children and 9 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyyeh, Kernaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 887 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 567 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 798 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 9th of July 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2806 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 879 civilians including 236 children under the age of eighteen and 183 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 70 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 15 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 973 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 612 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 954 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3035 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 960 civilians including 264 children and 197 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 72 people including 25 children and 13 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1040 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 626 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1035 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
