Unidentified persons detonate the Municipality building in Jadeed Ekaydat east of Deir Ezzor after booby-trapping it with IEDs

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from reliable sources, that unidentified persons have detonate the Municipality building in Jadeed Ekaydat town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor after booby-trapping it with IEDs, which destroyed a part of it, without information about casualties, and the SOHR documented yesterday, Monday, the 28^th of October 2019, the death of 2 members of the Syria Democratic forces due to targeting by unidentified gunmen to a vehicle of them in Hawayij village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after opening fire on them by machineguns.

After the killing and injury of 20 members of them .. the regime forces clash against the Turkish forces and factions loyal to them in the south of Ras Al-Ayn city in the first direct confrontation between the both parties

After being absent for about 20 hours .. the Russian warplanes resume their bombardment on the “de-escalation” zone through raids that targeted positions in the southern countryside of Idlib
