IED goes off in Afrin city centre

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Syrian Observatory activists have reported hearing a loud explosion in Afrin city which is under control of Turkish forces and their proxies in north-western Aleppo.

The explosion was caused by detonating an IED in a petrol truck in Al-Ashrafiyah neighborhood. The explosion caused material damage only.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that locals found the body of an unidentified young man with marks of gunshot, lying on Kalgabrin-Al Janhat road in areas controlled by Turkish-backed factions, north of Aleppo.
