New airdrop | Coalition forces arrest four ISIS cells in eastern Deir Ezzor

Reliable sources have informed SOHR that the International Coalition carried out an airdrop in Jadeed Ekaydat village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor in the early hours of Thursday morning. Coalition forces with SDF encircling an area in the village after informing people there not to get out of their hoses, via loudspeakers. The raiding forces have arrested four ISIS members, believed to be Iraqis.

 

On May 22, Observatory sources reported that the International Coalition carried out a new airdrop in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, targeting a house in Al-Shuhayl town. The house belongs to a person lives outside Syria and inhabited by a displaced family from Al-Bokamal.

 

A group of SDF and International Coalition raided the house and arrested the men living there. The reasons behind arresting these men remain unknown.

 

Meanwhile, the security force shot dead an ex-member of ISIS “real estate department”, who lives next to the targeted house.
