In less than week | “ISIS” carries out six attacks within “SDF” areas killing and injuring about ten people

“ISIS” continues its escalation in SDF-held areas in the east of the Euphrates, targeting combatants and those working with the Autonomous Administration, in conjunction with civilians being exposed to threats under the pretext of collecting “zakat” for “ISIS”, in a move to prove that “ISIS” exists and is capable of launching operations and causing chaos and confusion in the region, despite the security operations carried out by “SDF” and the “international coalition”.
According to SOHR monitoring, since the beginning of May, “ISIS” has launched six operations in Deir Ezzor alone, killing and injuring nine people, including a civilian and two members of “ISIS”.

SOHR has documented 106 operations carried out by ISIS, including armed attacks and explosions, in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration since early 2024. According to SOHR statistics, these operations left 55 fatalities:

• 36 members of SDF, the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) and other military formations operating in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration.

• Six ISIS members.

• Four guards worked for the Autonomous Administration.

• Nine civilians, including a child and a witch.
