Russian jet fires rockets over Jabal Al-Zawiyah, while reconnaissance drones flying over “de-escalation zone”

Syrian Observatory sources have monitored heavy overflight of reconnaissance drones over the western countryside of Idlib and Sahl Al-Ghab in the “de-escalation zone”. Meanwhile, a Russian jet fired several rockets while flying over Jabal Al-Zawiyah area in rural Idlib. The rockets exploded in the airspace of Kafr Oweid town.

 

Observatory sources reported earlier this morning that regime forces fired several rockets this dawn and early morning, targeting places in Kafr Oweid, Al-Barah in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Al-Ankawi in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama. No casualties have been reported.

 

Meanwhile, regime forces targeted places in Sfuhen in Jabal Al-Zawiyah with heavy machineguns.
