New agreement | HTS and “Fa Ithbatu” operation room reach agreement, suspending military actions in western Idlib

Reliable SOHR sources have confirmed that an agreement reached between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and  “Fa Ithbatu” jihadi operation room. The agreement stipulates the suspension of clashes between both sides in Arab Said and Sahl Al-Rouj in western Idlib, the removal of checkpoints, and easing alertness and military build-up. 

The agreement included several terms, chief among them:

“- Brothers from Arab Said to stay in the village with their personal weapons.

– Everyone wants to leave Arab Said is allowed to leave with his personal weapon.

– Defendants to be tried by our brothers, the Turkistanis.

– Hurras Al-Din’s headquarters in Arab Said to be closed, and the organization’s members have to vow not to set up checkpoints in the village.”

It worth noting that the clashes have claimed the lives of 29 combatants on both sides since the beginning of fight on June 23, and they are: 18 members of Hurras al-Din, including a foreign commander, and 11 HTS members.

SOHR sources monitored a few hours ago renewed fierce clashes between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and ” Fa Ithbatu” jihadi operation room in the western parts of Idlib city, as HTS attacked positions and posts which  “Fa Ithbatu” operation room advanced into a few hours earlier.

According to SOHR sources, HTS further clamped down on “Hurras Al-Din” organization, operating under the banner of  “Fa Ithbatu” operation room in Arab Said village in western Idlib, as HTS captured Armanaz well and the water purification station in the area. HTS also swept Idlib Central Prison after capturing it.
