Military build-up | Russian forces bring in more logistical equipment, weapons and ammunition to their base in Ain Issa in northern Raqqa

The Syrian Observatory has monitored nearly 13 Russian military vehicles, carrying logistical equipment, weapons, ammunition and fuel from regime-controlled areas, heading towards the Russian military base in the area of Ain Issa in northern countryside of Raqqa.

On August 24, the Syrian Observatory monitored the entry of some 13 Russian military vehicles, carrying logistical equipment, weapons and ammunition from Syrian regime-controlled areas, heading toward the Russian military base in the area of Ain Issa in northern sector of Raqqa province.
