Ceasefire violations | Regime forces renew shelling positions in southern Idlib

Syrian Observatory activists have monitored new round of regime rocket attacks in the early hours of Saturday morning, targeting positions in Al-Bara, Fulayfel, Al-Fterah, Kansafra, Sfuhen, Bayanin, and other areas in the southern countryside of Idlib. Meanwhile, Russian reconnaissance drones were seen flying over the area.

Yesterday, regime forces and loyal militias targeted the frontlines of Kafr Halap town with heavy machineguns, but no casualties were reported.

SOHR sources said earlier that the operation room of “al-Fath al-Mubin” killed a regime soldier and injured another one, believed to be an officer, on frontline of Bala village in western Aleppo province.

On the other hand, an unknown armed reconnaissance drone but believed to be Iranian, dropped more than ten bombs on opposition factions’ positions on frontlines with regime forces in Jabal al-Zawiya and the town of Al-Bara in southern Idlib countryside.
