Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored, in the early hours of the morning, violent clashes near the village of Qah in northern Idlib countryside near the Syrian border with the Iskenderun region, between members of the HTS and other militants, believed to be ISIS cells. The clashes lasted until dawn, but no casualties have been reported casualties so far.

Yesterday, reliable sources informed SOHR that a member of an ISIS cell, whose place was raided by the HTS’ security forces, blew himself up with an explosive belt without being able to kill anyone from HTS members. The HTS’ storming forces managed to arrest the rest of the cell members in the town of Atma border with the Iskenderun region, north of Idlib, amid a high alert by the HTS.

Hours earlier, reliable sources told SOHR that security services of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham encircled a building where an ISIS cell holed up in Atma town on the Syria border with Iskenderun region, where fierce clashes erupted between the two sides, amid confirmed reports of casualties. Also, a civilian woman and a child sustained various injuries, after being hit with indiscriminate gunshots during the clashes.
