Eastern Aleppo | Residents of Jabal Aqeel in al-Bab city demonstrate in front of the Turkish base, demanding compensation for their homes demolished by Turkish forces

SOHR sources say that dozens of residents in the area of “Jabal Aqeel” in the city of Al-Bab, east of Aleppo, demonstrated yesterday in front of the Turkish base in the city of Al-Bab, demanding compensation for their homes demolished by Turkish forces after they took control of the city in order to establish a military base.

The demonstrators chanted slogans “The Turks demolished our homes, the Al-Jabal land is ours and they looted it for military purposes.” After the end of the demonstration, they promised to demonstrate every Friday until they are compensated by the “local council” in the city of Al-Bab and the Turkish government.
