Al-Quneitra province: SOHR sources have reported the explosion of an IED in the car of a member of a reconciliation committee in al-Rufayd town in the southern countryside of al-Quneitra, near the border with the occupied Syrian Golan. The explosion injured the man who was taken to the hospital. It is worth noting that the targeted man was an opposition commander, before he struck a reconciliation deal.

SOHR activists have reported the explosion of an IED planted by unknown people in Nabaa al-Sakhr village in the central al-Quneitra countryside, a few kilometres away from the border with the occupied Syrian Golan. The explosion caused material damage, but no casualties have been reported.

While on June 4, Syrian Observatory activists documented the death of a man “collaborating” with the 4th Division and the Lebanese Hezbollah, succumbing to his wounds sustained a day earlier in an IED explosion in al-Mu’alaqah village in al-Quneitra countryside, near the border with the occupied Syrian Golan. The explosion also injured others.
