Al-Hawal mini-state | ISIS cells kill Iraqi refugee in al-Hasakah countryside

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have reported that an Iraqi refugee was killed yesterday by unknown gunmen believed to be members of ISIS, in the 3rd section of al-Hawl camp.

It is worth noting that this is 26th murder in al-Hawl camp since the end of the first phase of the security campaign, which indicates to alarming escalation of killings in the camp.

On August 17, SOHR activists reported the death of a young man and a lady from Aleppo city after being shot dead by unknown gunmen who are most probably members of ISIS in the fourth section in al-Hawal camp in al-Hasakah countryside.
