Ongoing Russian-Iranian conflict | Russian officers meet tribal dignitaries in Iran-controlled villages in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: Reliable sources have informed SOHR that Russian officers coming from Hamem base in Al-Lattakia province, have arrived in Hatlah town at the north entrance of Deir Ezzor province. They met elders and tribal dignitaries in the Russian Reconciliation Centre in Hatalah town and have promised the tribal men of providing humanitarian and health aid to the inhabitants of the village under control of the Iran-backed factions

On January 3, the regime forces opened a centre for striking reconciliation in Al-Shamyttyah town in west Deir Ezzor countryside adjunct to areas under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF.)
