Aleppo | Kurdish forces and “national army” factions trade fire

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish-backed National Army factions and Kurdish forces have trade fires on the frontlines north of Aleppo. The National Army factions have bombed Maranaz and Meng airport areas, while Kurdish forces have shelled frontlines near Ezaz city. However, no casualties have been reported.

On 28 January, Turkish forces stationed at Al-Sheikh Nasser base in the eastern countryside of Al-Bab city bombed Korhyuk and Bouhej villages in the eastern countryside of Al-Bab city. Turkish forces also targeted the road between Tel Rifaat city and Sheikh Issa, and the villages of Bailounia, Samouqa, Maraanaz and Tel Madiq in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
