Military escalation | Turkish forces fire heavy artillery shells on two villages in Ain Al-Arab “Kobani”

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have reported that Turkish forces fired heavy artillery shells on Zor Maghar and Boraz villages in the western countryside of Ain Al-Arab “Kobani” eastern of Aleppo. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces fired several artillery shells on the villages of Zor Maghar, Washikhler and Jurin in the countryside of Ain Al-Arab/Kobani, east of Aleppo. No casualties were reported.
On May 13, SOHR sources reported a violent bombardment by Turkish forces and their proxy factions on areas under the control of “Manbij Military Council” in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo which lasted until the early hours of Friday morning. Rockets and artillery shells hit several positions in Manbij countryside, but no casualties have been reported so far.
