Ongoing military escalation | Turkish forces shell Kurdish-held areas in northern Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR sources have reported that Turkish forces and their proxy factions fired several rockets this morning, targeting positions where Kurdish forces are deployed in the northern countryside of Aleppo. The rockets hit positions in Samouqah, Hasajik and Sadd Al-Shahbaa. However, no casualties have been reported.

On May 24, SOHR sources reported rocket fire by Turkish forces on positions in the villages of Al-Wardiyah, Um Al-Housh, Um Al-Qura, Shawarghah, Al-Malikiyah and Ain Daqna where Kurdish and regime forces are deployed in north Aleppo countryside. However, no further details were reported about the number of casualties and material damage caused by the recent bombardment.
