Celebratory gunfire | “National Defence” stray bullets kill woman and child during wedding celebration in Homs countryside

SOHR activists have documented the death of a woman and a child after being hit by stray bullets while regime’s “National Defence” forces fired indiscriminately at a wedding in Al-Mukhram Al-Fawqani village in the northeastern countryside of Homs on Monday.

On June 26, SOHR activists documented the death of a child and the injury of four others in an armed clash and firing of grenades between two members of the regime’s “National Defense” forces, in Hafir Al-Fawqa town in western Qalamoun area in Rif Dimashq on Saturday.

It is worth noting that Hafir Al-Fawqa area in Western Qalamoun witnessed similar clashes among regime-backed militants due to personal differences.
