Military escalation | Turkish ground forces shell Tel Tamr injuring two civilians

The number of injured civilians and regime soldiers in Tel Tamr has risen to ten during the day

Al-Hasakah province: SOHR activists have documented the injury of a civilian and a woman, where Turkish forces and their proxies shelled Al-Salmasa, Um Al-Khair, Al-Tawila and Al-Kozlaih villages in Tel Tamr countryside in Al-Hasakah countryside.

Moreover, a regime soldier was injured by ground shelling on Um Al-Khair village this morning.

Accordingly the number of civilians injured due to Turkish shelling on “Peace Spring” areas in Al-Hasakah has risen to ten, in addition an injured regime soldier.

Earlier today, SOHR activists reported that Turkish forces and their proxy factions in Ras Al-Ain (Sere Kanye) countryside intensively fired rockets and artillery shells on areas in the villages of A’bush, Al-Aghbish, Tawilah, Umm Al-Kif, Al-Kouzliyah and Tel Al-Laban which are under the control of SDF and regime forces in Tel Tamr and Abu Rasin (Zarkan) countryside, north-west of Al-Hasakah.

This heavy shelling left eight civilians, including a child and two women, injured.

This came after SDF special forces of Tel Tamr Military Council carried out an infiltration, targeting a gathering of factions in Al-Aaliyah frontline near M4 highway west of Tel Tamr, amid reports that one member was killed and others were wounded, then Turkish factions and forces began to bomb the area, triggering civilians’ exodus from the area to the east to escape the shells that fall indiscriminately on their houses.
