Aleppo frontlines | Clashes renew between military formations controlling northern countryside

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have monitored sporadic clashes with machineguns between the “National Army” on one hand and Kurdish and regime forces on the other hand on the frontlines of Mar’anaz village in northern Aleppo countryside. However, no casualties have been reported yet.

SOHR sources reported that three civilians, including a little girl, were injured last night following the renewed artillery attacks on Azaz city in Aleppo countryside.

Meanwhile, several rockets hit positions on the outskirts of Mare’ city, along with artillery fire on positions near the Turkish base in Thalthanah village. The rockets and artillery shells were fired from areas where Kurdish and regime forces are deployed.

Also, Kurdish and regime forces targeted the surrounding areas of Azaz city with heavy machineguns.

On the other hand, violent clashes with heavy and medium weapons erupted between the “National Army” and regime forces on the frontline of Al-Ghouz village and other areas near Abu Al-Zendayn crossing in Al-Bab countryside, along with firing light bombs by Turkish forces over that region.

Moreover, Turkish forces stationed in Thalthanah base on the outskirts of Mare’ city in the northern countryside of Aleppo fired over 15 rockets and artillery shells on the surrounding areas of Sheikh Issa village in the northern countryside of Aleppo. However, no casualties were reported.
