On August 30, SOHR activists reported that members of Al-Sham Corps patrol, which is close to Turkish intelligence, arrested, during the past days, three civilians from Favritin village in Shirawa district in Afrin countryside for “dealing with the former Autonomous Administration” in order to collect ransoms.

Meanwhile, Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyyah members severely beat a civilian and hit him with a sharp toll on the head for refusing to pay levies for the faction. The civilian is a resident of Manbij city and lives in Afrin.
