Great tragedy | 15 migrants die in a sinking boat opposite to the Syrian coasts

SOHR activists have reported that a boat capsized within Syrian waters in the area opposite to Jazirat Awrad (Awrad Island) in Tartous. Meanwhile, the rescue teams have found 15 dead bodies and eight survivors, who were moved to Tartous’ hospitals.

According to reliable SOHR sources, the boat set off from Tarablus in Lebanon a few days ago for migration, and it carried people of several nationalities.
