A day after blo*ody clashes | Clashes renew between “Eighth Brigade” and group of gunmen involved in dr*ug dealing in Um Al-Mayathen east of Daraa

Daraa province: Violent clashes erupted between members of the “Eighth Brigade” and an armed group whose members are accused of “involving in drug business” in Um Al-Mayathen town in the eastern countryside of Daraa near the Syria-Jordan border.

 

According to SOHR sources, the members of the “Eighth Brigade” entered the town from the eastern side and seized big quantities of “drugs,” amid the ongoing clashes with the armed group which led by “Fayez Al-Radi” who is accused of housing Mohammad Al-Musalmah aka (Haffo) and Moayad Harfoush aka (Abu Taajeh) who were most wanted previously by the regime.

 

Yesterday, SOHR reported that violent armed clashes erupted in Um Al-Mayathen town in the eastern countryside of Daraa near the Syria-Jordan border, after breaking into several houses of members of an armed group who are accused of “involving in drug business” by a group of “Eighth Brigade” who arrested one member and seized a quantity of “drugs”.

 

SOHR reported that violent clashes erupted between a group of the “Eighth Brigade” and an armed group whose members were accused of “involving in drug business” in Saida town in the western countryside of Daraa. The clashes resulted in the death of one of the armed group’s members, amid high tension in the area and closing of the roads leading to Saida town and the entrances of Al-Tibah town in the eastern countryside of Daraa.
