After kidn*apping and tort*uring him | Turkish-backed “Al-Sultan Murad” releases shepherd

Al-Hasakah province: Members of “Al-Sultan Murad” faction released a shepherd two days after kidnapping and brutally beating him leaving him with fractures in different areas of his body, and dumped him near the earthen berm in Al-Aliya area that separates between areas held by Turkish-backed factions and SDF-held areas.

On March 13, SOHR activists reported that members of “Al-Sultan Murad” faction of the Turkish-backed “National Army” kidnapped a shepherd and stole 20 animals, after crossing the earthen berms in Mabroka village that separates between SDF-held areas and areas held by Turkish-backed factions, where he was taken to “Peace Spring” areas, with no information about his fate.
