“De-escalation zone” | Regime bombardment on Idlib countryside leaves two civilians injured

SOHR sources have reported that two civilians were injured in artillery fire by regime forces on Tarmanin town in the northern countryside of Idlib.

Meanwhile, regime forces fired artillery shells on the frontlines of Maklabis, Bahfis and Al-Habatah in the western countryside of Aleppo.

SOHR activists had reported that a group of the HTS-backed special forces of “Abdulrahman bin Aouf” carried out an infiltration operation into regime positions on Basartoun frontline in the western countryside of Aleppo. Violent clashes erupted between the two sides, amid reports of casualties among regime forces.

On the other hand, regime forces fired artillery shells on Taqad village and the western countryside of Aleppo.

Earlier today, SOHR sources reported clashes with heavy weapons between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and regime forces on the frontline of Basartoun in western Aleppo.

It is worth noting that the “de-escalation zone” experiences frequent gunfire, infiltration operations and exchange of bombardment between regime forces and opposition factions.
