Military escalation | Two regime soldiers killed in attack by Al-Fath Al-Mubin bringing the number of deaths to eight, and regime rocket fire on civil car leaves civilian injured

Two regime soldiers were killed today in artillery shelling by “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” operation room on northern Latakia countryside, bringing the death toll of regime forces on three attacks on the frontlines of northern Latakia countryside within “Putin-Erdogan” area to eight, they are as follows:
Six regime soldiers including two officers, and two soldiers injured.

On the other hand, a civilian was injured due to targeting a civil car with a guided missile near Al-Naheah town in western Idlib countryside, where he was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Since early 2023, SOHR has documented 197 operations in the “de-escalation zone,” including attacks, gunfire by snipers and bombardment, which left 273 combatants and civilians dead. In addition, these operations left over 148 combatants and 65 civilians, including six women and 22 children, injured.
The fatalities can be distributed as follows:
• 20 civilians were killed by regime forces, including four women, four children and a civil defence member.
• 189 members of regime forces, including 12 officers.
• An Afghan militiaman of “Liwaa Fatemiyoun.”
• A member of the Syrian Hezbollah.
• 51 members of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, including a French jihadist.
• Three members of the jihadist faction of “Ansar Al-Tawheed.
• One member of “Ahrar Al-Sham” movement.
• Two members of “Al-Sham Corps.”
• One member of “Hurras Al-Din” organisation.
• The Commander-in-chief of Russian Special Tasks Forces.
• A militiaman of the Iranian-backed “Liwaa Al-Baqer.”
• A member of “Soqour Al-Sham.”
• A member of “National Front For Liberation.”
