Ongoing efforts to gain populist support | Russian reconciliation centre distributes food supplies to 300 families in rural Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR sources have reported that the Russian reconciliation centre distributed food supplies, including sugar, rice, flour, tea and cooking oil, to 300 families in Hatlah town which is controlled by regime forces and Iranian-backed militias to the north of Deir Ezzor city.

This comes as a part of Russia’s efforts to gain populist support.

On September 15, SOHR sources reported that the Russian reconciliation centre distributed food baskets to tens of families in Marrat town in Deir Ezzor countryside within areas controlled by regime forces and Iranian-backed militias. The baskets contained sugar, flour, tea, oil and rice.
