With mortar shells | Clashes renew between “Al-Sultan Murad” Faction and “Ahrar Al-Sham Movement” in Aleppo

Aleppo province: Tel Batal Village in Al-Bab countryside in eastern of Aleppo witnessed exchanged bombardment with mortar shells between “Ahrar Al_Sham Movement” that is affiliated to HTS on one hand and “Al-Sultan Murad” Faction that is affiliated to the National Army on the other hand, amid reports of displacement of residents from positions of bombardment towards neighbouring villages.

According to reliable SOHR sources, military vehicles equipped with heavy weapons of both factions deployed near Tel Batal Town, amid appeals by residents of “Lam Al-Shaml” Camp to keep the clashes away from their camp and their children who live in constant fear.

Moreover, violent clashes erupted between Ahrar Awlan that is affiliated to HTS on one hand and “Al-Sultan Murad” Faction on the other hand on the frontline of Al-Wish Village in Akhtarin countryside northern of Aleppo, to control Al-Hamran strategic crossing in southern of Jarablus in eastern of Aleppo. No casualties were reported.

Earlier today, SOHR sources reported that the clashes renewed between Al-Sultan Murad division and the HTS-allied Ahrar Olan faction, on the frontlines of Baraan and Al-Wash in Akhtrin countryside, north of Aleppo, and the frontline of Tel Batal in Al-Bab countryside, east of Aleppo. The clashes accompanied by exchanged targeting with machineguns. However, no causalities were reported.

Members of the Military Police deployed in Al-Hamran Strategic Crossing between areas of SDF-held areas and factions of the Turkish-backed National Army, after a temporary solution was reached between the Second Division Faction of the Turkish-backed National Army and Ahrar Al-Sham that is affiliated to HTS, which controls the crossing.
