Grenades and light weapons | Unidentified gunmen attack building of “Al-Ba’ath Party” in Al-Suwaydaa City

Al-Suwaydaa province: Unidentified gunmen attacked the building of “Al-Ba’ath Party” in Al-Suwaydaa City with grenades and light weapons. In return, guards of the building responded to the source of attack. However, no casualties were reported.

Earlier today, civilians blocked side roads in Al-Suwaidaa city, protesting against the service and living conditions in the country.

Meanwhile, others burned rubber tyres on Damascus-Al-Suwaidaa road in Atil town, in front of Al-Baath Party branch in Al-Suwaidaa, demanding its complete closure and the beginning of a comprehensive strike in the province.

This came in light of the ongoing peaceful demonstrations and protests for the 81st consecutive day.
