Executed by ISIS members | Two regime soldiers found dead with gunshot wounds on the vicinity of town in southern Deir Ezzor countryside

Deir Ezzor province: Two regime soldiers, one of them aged 30 and the other was 27 years old, were shot dead by ISIS members, where their bodies were found on the vicinity of Kabajeb town in southern Deir Ezzor countryside.

According to SOHR statistics, the number of fatalities in military operations in the Syrian desert since early 2024 has increased to 79; and they are as follows:

• Nine ISIS members were killed by regime forces and their proxy militias.

• 62 members of regime forces and their proxy militias, including 11 Iranian-backed Syrian militiamen, were killed in 27 operations by ISIS members, including ambushes, armed attacks, and explosions, in west Euphrates region and the deserts of Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah, Homs.

• Eight civilians, including a child, were killed in attacks by ISIS in the Syrian desert.

Here is a regional distribution of ISIS attacks:

-Deir Ezzor desert: Ten operations left 25 fatalities:

• 23 combatants, including seven Iranian-backed militiamen.

• Two ISIS members.

-Homs desert: 11 operations left 29 fatalities:

• 24 combatants, including one Iranian-backed militiaman.

• Four ISIS members.

• One civilian.

-Al-Raqqah desert: Two operations left 12 fatalities:

• Nine combatants.

• Three ISIS members.

-Hama desert: Two operations left eight fatality:

• One combatant.

• Seven civilians, including a child.

-Aleppo: One operation left three Iranian-backed militiamen dead.
