After 30 days of suspending activities | Iranian militias attack US base in Deir Ezzor with a drone

The anti-aircraft defence system of the US forces in Koniko Gas Field blocked an attack with a drone launched by Iran-backed groups over the region. However, no casualties were reported.

A few hours ago, SOHR activists reported that the number of deaths due to an attack by unidentified airstrikes on positions in Deir Ezzor and Al-Bukamal and its surroundings, has increased to 15 individuals, they are as follows:
14 members of Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps including an Iranian advisor who is a colonel in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps and responsible for the targeted communications center.
Two members were with the Iranian advisor.
Nine Iraqi members.
Two Syrians members
A Syrian civil engineer

In addition to 34 individuals were injured, they are as follows:
24 members of Iranian-backed militias
Ten civilians, while the others individuals were injured in the targeted positions in Deir Ezzor city and Al-Bukamal and the countryside in eastern Deir Ezzor.
Earlier today, SOHR sources reported that unknown warplanes targeted Abd Al-Moneim Shehab villa, which the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia uses as a communications headquarters in Al-Vilat neighbourhood in Deir Ezzor city, a headquarters near Al-Abbas area and two locations in Al-Bokamal near the Syrian-Iraqi border in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor. Also, explosions were heard in the vicinity of Al-Mayadeen.
It is worth noting that the airstrikes were launched a few hours after the arrival of an Iranian transport plane from Damascus to Deir Ezzor airport, where it had landed at Deir Ezzor military airport shortly before sunset yesterday, carrying advanced logistical and technical materials and members and figures from IRGC, as noted by SOHR yesterday.
It Is also noted that Iranian-backed groups have stopped their activities against American bases in Syria, since February 25, on orders from the military leadership of the Iranian militias.
Since October 19, 2023, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented 121 attacks by Iranian-backed militias, distributed on international coalition bases in Syria, as a result of the Israeli war on Gaza.
