Following ground bombardment | Israeli airstrikes target military site of regime forces in northern countryside of Daraa

Today at dawn, Israeli airstrikes targeted Mahjah area in the northern countryside of Daraa, targeting Al-Kem warehouses of the regime forces, which contain weapons and ammunition for them and the Iranian militias, which resulted in the destruction of weapons, but no casualties were reported.
Yesterday, Israeli forces missiles on a military position in Tel Al-Jabiyah in Daraa countryside, responding to an attack with missiles by Iran-backed groups and Hezbollah from Syrian territory towards the occupied Syrian Al-Golan.

SOHR documented 34 attacks in 2024: 23 airstrikes and 11 rocket attacks by ground forces, during which Israel targeted several positions in Syria, destroying nearly 67 targets, including buildings, weapons and ammunitions warehouses, headquarters, centres and vehicles. These strikes killed 129 combatants and injured 47 others. The fatalities are distributed as follows:

21 Iranian members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.
20 members of the Lebanese Hezbollah.
12 Iraqi persons.
28 Iranian-backed Syrian militiamen.
Ten Iranian-backed non-Syrian militiamen.
38 regime soldiers.
In addition, those attacks left 12 civilians, including two women dead, and nearly 20 other civilians injured.

The attacks are distributed regionally as follows:

Damascus and Rif Dimashq: 15 attacks.
Daraa: 11 attacks.
Homs: Three attacks.
Al-Quneitra: Three attacks.
Tartus: One attack.
Deir Ezzor: One attack.
Aleppo: One attack.
