“The women’s Hisba” arrest a citizen and raiding internet cafés in Al-Raqqah city

Al-Raqqah Province:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in Al-Raqqah city were informed that members “the women’s Hisba” in the city arrested a citizen woman in Tal Abyad Street and took her to their headquarters, on charges of “violating the legitimate Dress”, while the “State Islamic” carried out raids on internet cafés in the neighborhoods of al-Taws’eyyieh and al-Ramliyyeh and the streets of al-Jamili and al-Amasi in Al-Raqqah city, and they inspected some of the people in these cafés.
