A fight in front of the “Islamic State Court” cause an old man and 3 other citizens to be whipped

Deir Ezzor Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for human rights observed the “Islamic state” “whipping” 4 people, one of them an old man “30 lashes each”, in the city of al-Mayadin east of Deir Ezzor, on charges of “fighting before the Court”, while tens of citizens including children were watching, the sources confirmed to the activists of the Observatory the four persons were attending a meeting of a family inheritance case in the organization’s court at al-Mayadin.
