Unknown militiamen attack medical center in Idlib

Idlib province: Unknown militiamen attacked a medical center in Shekh Mustafa village, and stole medical aids, tools, and vehicles as they tied up the workers in the center before then run away. 1 rebel was shot and killed by the Turkish border guards during attempt to cross into the Turkish lands. 

Homs province: Regime forces bombarded Om Sharshouh and Kesen, no reports of losses.
