The second batch of aid enters the besieged Eastern Ghouta since the start of the truce

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a humanitarian convoy had entered the eastern Ghouta, and the activists of the Syrian Observatory monitored the entry of 5 trucks loaded with medical materials to Douma city via the regime forces-controlled al-Wafedin camp where Russian forces are present, were the aid was handed over to the Red Crescent team in the city.

This is the second batch of aid that entered the Eastern Ghouta since the truce was started on the 22nd of July 2017, where the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored at sundown on Tuesday the entry of 3 trucks loaded with medical and food supplies through the crossing of Al-Wafedin Camp, and cross sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the trucks were unloaded on the lines of contact between the regime forces and Jaish al-Islam, and thus Jaish al-Islam, the Local Council of the city and the Red Crescent team have received the supplies.
