In the besieged Ghouta… 4 bloody days witness the death of 230 citizens and the injury of 700 others by the warplanes in the highest death toll in about 3 years

Arbin and Douma have the largest share of the civilian death toll in the hysterical airstrikes on the Eastern Ghouta

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the calm does not almost prevail the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, as the regime forces and their warplanes return to target this besieged area, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored since this morning the 9th pf February 2018, that the warplanes carried out 6 raids targeting areas in Jisrayn town,in conjunction with 2 raids which targeted areas in Madyara town, amid artillery shelling on areas on Madyara and its outskirts by 5 shells, and the warplanes also targeted areas in Arbin city by 6 raids, which resulted in the death of a citizen and the injury of 10 others including 4 children at least, and the warplanes also targeted Harasta city by 12 raids leaving 8 injuries at least, while Douma city was targeted by 10 raids which resulted in the injury of more than 18 persons including children and citizen women.

This renewed shelling comes after 4 bloody days witnessed in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, as a result of intensive bombardment by the warplanes on the cities and the towns of the Eastern Ghouta, since the dawn of the 5th of February 2018, and until today dawn the 9th of February 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented the death of 229 persons at leas including 58 children under the age of eighteen and 42 citizen women over the age of eighteen, while more than 700 citizens were injured with varying severity, during the past 4 days witnessed intensive shelling which meant to kill citizens before the silent international community which is blind to the crimes committed in the Eastern Ghouta, which the entry of food and medicine to, was stopped by the regime, and judged the death against hundreds of thousands of people besieged inside this geographical patch located in the east of the capital Damascus, in which this is the highest death toll in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, in 4 consecutive days since late 2014.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented yesterday the death of 73 persons at least including 20 children and 15 citizen women, in raids which targeted 10 cities and towns in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, while the SOHR documented of Wednesday, the death of 41 citizens including 12 children and 3 citizen women, who were killed in the shelling on several areas in the Eastern Ghouta, while the SOHR documented on Tuesday the death of  81 persons at leas including 19 children and 20 citizen women, who were killed in bombardment on the same areas, while the SOHR documented on Monday, the death of 34 citizens including 7 children and 4 citizen women, who were killed in the same circumstances in cities and towns in the besieged Eastern Ghouta.

And in a descending order of the numbers of civilian casualties in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus according to the number of casualties in cities and towns, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of the death of 53 citizens including 12 children and 12 citizen women in the raids on Douma city, as well as the death of 6 other citizens including a citizen woman who were killed in the artillery shelling by the regime forces on the city, followed by Arbin city where 49 citizens including 16 children and 8 citizen women were killed, then Hamouriyah city where 26 citizens including 8 children and 2 citizen women were killed, followed by Beit Sawa town with 21 casualties including 6 children and 8 citizen women, them Jisrayn town with 17 casualties including 3 children and 6 citizen women who were killed in a massacre in the town, then Hazza town where 15 citizens including 5 children and a citizen woman were killed, followed by Zamalka city with 12 casualties including a child and 3 citizen women, followed by Mesraba town with 10 casualties including 2 children and 4 citizen women, then Kafr Batna where 7 citizens including a child were killed, then Saqba with 7 casualties including 2 children and two citizen women, then Madyara where 4 citizens including a child and a citizen woman were killed, and finally Harasta city where 2 citizens were killed including a chilled.
