Negotiations continue with Rahman Corps to announce an agreement with it about the southwest enclave of Ghouta with the renew of shelling on the enclaves of Ahrar al-Sham and Jaysh al-Islam

while negotiations are still underway with Rahman Corps to reach an announcement of the agreement of which its terms are to be agreed upon, where the agreement require the transfer of Rahman Corps from the southwest of the Eastern Ghouta to the north of Syria, after the eastern Ghouta has witnessed the exit of thousands of civilians during the past few hours, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the exit of thousands of citizens since this morning, the 18th of March 2018, after the exit of more than 50000 civilians in the last 72 hours; from the southwest enclave of the Eastern Ghouta, which is controlled by Rahman Corps, and the exit of civilians today, Sunday, took place in conjunction with the calm that prevailed the Ghouta, along with the fly of warplanes in the sky and the fall of shells on areas in Ein Tarma town, and according to information obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, this calmness comes in time where it is awaited for the declaration of the agreement that is supposed to have been reached, between Rahman Corps and the Russian side, to get the fighters of Rahman Corps out of the Eastern Ghouta to the north of Syria, where Rahman Corps still controls Arbin, Zamalka and Ein Tarma and parts of Jobar neighborhood.
