The intensive targeting operations by the regime forces and warplanes which preceded the carrying out of the factions’ attack, continue in the north of Hama and the south of Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continued aerial and artillery shelling on areas in the northern countryside of Hama and the southern countryside of Idlib, where the SOHR monitored bombardment by warplanes targeting areas in Al-Hammamiyat and Al-Zakah villages, in the northern countryside of Hama, also the warplanes targeted areas in Al-Sakhar and Al-Arba’in villages, while the regime forces targeted areas in Al-Lataminah town in the north of Hama, along with shelling by the regime forces on areas in Brisah village in the eastern countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man city, amid bombardment which targeted areas in Abu Omar village in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the regime forces targeted areas in Hbit town and the outskirts of Khan Shaykhun city in the same countryside, where the intensive shelling by tens of missiles and shells, resulted in the death of a woman and a man in the south of Idlib, while a fighter was killed in Al-Lataminah village in the same shelling, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of serious injuries.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that it monitored that the warplanes targeted areas in Kafr Zita and Kafr Nabudah towns and Al-Zakah village in the northern countryside of Hama, along with dropping more explosive barrels by helicopters, on areas in the vicinity of Jibeen village in the northern countryside of Hama, and other areas in Ma’aratahrama and Nqeir towns in the southern countryside of Idlib, and the bombardment was accompanied by intensive artillery shelling by the regime forces since yesterday after the midnight and until this morning on areas in Hbit town and Tahtaya village in the southern countryside, as well as other areas in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, this escalation comes as a result of mobilizations by several factions which are Hurras al-Deen Group which is defected of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, Ansar al-Tawhid Group belonged formerly to Jund al-Aqsa organization, Jaysh Al-Badia, Jund Al-Malahim, Jaysh Al-Sahil and other rebel factions, where these factions brought military reinforcements during the past four days, monitored by the reconnaissance planes, in a prelude by them to attack the positions of the regime forces in the north-western countryside of Hama.
