Clashes in Palmyra countryside and in the vicinity of T4 airbase, and casualty on Harasta highway

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” in the western countryside of Palmyra in the eastern countryside of Homs, where clashes are taking place between both parties on the outskirts of Abu Kala Dam in the western countryside of Palmyra and other areas in the vicinity of T4 airbase and nearby areas, amid exchange of shelling between both parties in the clash areas, accompanied with raids by warplanes targeting the clash areas and other areas in the vicinity of Palmyra city, while the regime forces shelled places in al-Hula area in the northern countryside of Homs, also the regime forces shelled areas in Talbisa city north of Homs province and information about injuries.

Rif Dimashq province, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A member of the regime forces was killed after being targeted by snipers of the factions in al-Biruni Hospital area near Harasta Highway.
