Syrian government escalates its shelling in Latakia, Idlib countryside

Russian drones are still hovering over Idlib governorate’s atmosphere in a related context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the renewed ground bombardment by government forces on areas in Jabal al-Zawiya in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to similar bombardment on axes within Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the government forces bombed the villages of Jabal al-Zawiya and the southern countryside of Idlib, as they targeted the town of al-Barah and the villages of Sufuhn and al-Fateira, coinciding with the hovering of drones in the atmosphere of the “De-escalation” zone.
