Turkey’s pullout from Hama | Preparations for evacuating observation post in Shir Mghar, 10 days after starting withdrawal from Murek

Reliable sources have informed SOHR that Turkish forces stationed in the eleventh observation post in Shir Mghar village in Jabal Shashaboo, north-west of Hama province, are getting ready to evacuate it, like in Murek where Turkish forces started evacuating their post 10 days ago.

It is worth noting that Turkish forces had been stationed in Shir Mghar on June 14, 2018.

On the other hand, SOHR activists have monitored Turkish forces transporting equipment from the ninth observation post in Murek, under protection by Russian forces, to positions in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in Idlib countryside.

It is worth noting that Turkish forces started dismantling the ninth observation posy on October 19,2020, and evacuating large equipment and machineries.

SOHR sources have just reported seeing a new Turkish column of 25 vehicles carrying military, logistical supplies and artillery pieces crossing into the Syrian territory, via Kafr Lusin border crossing with Iskenderun region in northern Idlib.
