“De-escalation zone” | Rebels target regime positions in southern Idlib, while regime forces shell Jabal al-Zawiyah

SOHR sources have reported that opposition factions fired a guided missile, targeting a tank and group of regime forces on the frontline of Kafr Nebl in the southern countryside of Idlib, but there are no confirmed reports of casualties or material damage.

 

On the other hand, opposition factions targeted, with heavy machineguns, regime positions in Kafr Nebl frontline, while regime forces shelled rebel positions in al-Faterah village in Idlib countryside with artillery. No casualties have been reported so far.

 

SOHR sources had said that a member of the pro-Turkish “al-Sham Corps” was shot dead by regime forces, while he was on frontline of the town of al-Bara in Jabal al-Zawiya, south of Idlib. 

 

Meanwhile, an HTS member was also shot dead by a regime sniper on frontline of the village of Afis, north of Saraqeb in Idlib countryside.

 

Moreover, the jihadist faction “Ansar al-Islam” fired several rockets on regime positions on al-Burkan hill, al-Bahssa and Foro in Jabal al-Akrad, north of Latakia. No casualties were reported.
