Old ordnance | Landmine explosion kills civilian in northern Aleppo

Aleppo province: SOHR activists have documented the death of a civilian in the explosion of an old landmine near al-Ibdaa school in Nebl neighbourhood which is under the control of regime forces and Iranian-backed militias in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

 

Syrian Observatory activists have documented the death of 609 people, including 80 women and 216 children, by mines and IED explosions and the collapse of cracked residential buildings in several areas of the Syrian territory in Homs, Hama, Deir Ezzor, Aleppo and the Syrian South since early January 2019.
