Ninth pushback of US patrols in March | Regime forces block US patrol in Al-Hasakah countryside

Al-Hasakah province: Regime soldiers stationed at a military checkpoint have intercepted three US armoured vehicles in Qabbar Saghir village of Tel Tamr in the north-western countryside of Al-Hasakah, while the armoured vehicles have changed their way and continued their tour in the area.

It is the ninth pushback of U.S. patrols in areas of north-eastern Syria in March.

On March 27, SOHR activists reported that regime loyalists and members stationed at a checkpoint blocked a US patrol of four armoured vehicles in Salihiya Harb village in Al-Qamishli countryside, preventing the patrol from advancing.

On March 25, SOHR activists reported that regime supporters and members of a regime checkpoint intercepted US vehicles in Al-Da’doshiyah village in Al-Qamishly countryside in Al-Hasakah province, forcing the vehicles to change their route and head in a different direction.
